Return&Refund

To return an item please contact sales@thebracesupply.co.nz so we can inquire about your concern and provide a specific return address. Please ensure that you include your order receipt as well as any additional information 

Consumer Guarantees
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ('CGA') you have legal rights for the goods you buy. These legal rights are referred to as your ‘consumer guarantees’ are included below:
  1. The goods are of acceptable quality.
  2. The goods purchased are fit for the purpose of which they were supplied.
  3. The goods match the description with which they are supplied.

In addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ('CGA'), The Brace Supply also offers a 30-day return or exchange on selected products.

A 30-day return or exchange for products provided that:

*We will not cover postage for products to be returned unless the products we have sent were incorrect/damaged*

  • Within 30 days of purchase, products are returned/exchanged. You may not be eligible for an exchange/refund after this date.
  • You will need your original receipt or invoice.
  • Products are in their original packaging and with all contents also inside.
  • Products have not been damaged
  • Products are unused and unopened

 

Incorrectly supplied items:
If by accident the wrong product has been sent to the consumer then it will be replaced with the correct product (if available) or a refund will be issued (postage will be covered by us).
We will request for the incorrect product to be returned before we provide a refund.
